As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system stability and performance, while swiftly addressing any disruptions that may impact business continuity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in documenting technical procedures and creating user guides to support knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
