Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, your typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will engage in detailed tuning processes to improve the model's accuracy and relevance, ensuring it performs optimally within targeted contexts. This role requires a thoughtful approach to modifying complex systems, collaborating with team members to align the model's capabilities with project goals, and continuously exploring innovative methods to enhance overall performance and applicability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Document model development processes and share insights to support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding model fine-tuning techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting language models to specific domains and use cases.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for model deployment and integration.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques to enhance model training.
- Experience in evaluating model performance using relevant metrics and iterating based on feedback.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and collaborative coding.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
