We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Projects to lead and manage project execution activities in the CFS (Clean Fire Suppression Systems) and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, execution, installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for CFS and IBMS projects.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and timelines.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support billing, documentation, and project closure activities.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve project-related issues effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in Project Execution and Project Management.
• Mandatory experience in CFS and/or IBMS industry.
• Experience in handling commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management.
