Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Photographer to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality photos and videos of properties, creating engaging social media content, and editing promotional videos for digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality property photos, videos, reels, and walkthroughs.
• Shoot content for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, property tours, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
• Handle video editing, transitions, sound, color correction, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
• Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for content requirements.
• Maintain and organize photography and video files.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, and content styles.
• Manage basic camera, lighting, microphone, gimbal, and other production equipment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Experience with reels and short-form video content.
• Knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Real estate photography/videography experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of drone photography/videography will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate/Diploma in Photography, Mass Communication, Film Making, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
