About the Role

Wekure Health is selecting 3 Venture CEOs to independently lead and build new healthcare initiatives over 90 days.

This role is designed for people who want the freedom to build, lead and create, rather than operate within a narrowly defined job description.

Each Venture CEO will lead a dedicated team and have access to Wekure Health’s Marketing, HR, Operations and Hospital Network.

What You’ll Do

Identify meaningful opportunities and patient problems worth solving

Build and execute a venture or initiative from the ground up

Lead and develop your own team

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR and Operations

Use Wekure Health’s hospital network and existing infrastructure

Test ideas, improve the model and drive measurable outcomes

Take ownership of strategy, execution and team performance
