Job Description

ey Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective customers through calls and generate business loan opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan solutions.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
  • Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services.
  • Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
