Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle both inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through effective calling.
• Convince customers by understanding their needs and explaining the benefits of our products.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Actively listen to customers, understand their concerns, and provide suitable solutions.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in Telesales or Telecalling.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calling.
• Strong lead generation and customer handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections effectively.
• Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to achieve sales goals.
• Android smartphone is mandatory.
