Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female)Job SummaryFederation of Indian Industry (FII) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Telecalling Executive to promote and sell professional training programs through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals.
• Explain training courses and their benefits.
• Convert leads into enrollments by effectively handling objections.
• Follow up with interested candidates until closure.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the admission process.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Course Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing, sales, and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
