About the RoleAgrim is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager – Telesales to drive customer engagement, generate sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with assigned accounts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through telephonic interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer interactions and sales conversations over calls.
• Handle and nurture assigned customer accounts effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Accurately update customer information and interaction records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and sales-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Android phone is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
