Job Description
- Contact prospective customers through outbound/inbound calls for loan products.
- Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms.
- Convert leads into successful loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information and documents.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide timely updates throughout the loan process.
- Update daily calling, lead, and sales records in CRM/MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable lending guidelines.
