Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable real estate projects.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve calling, lead generation and sales targets.
- Update customer information and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably real estate.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
