Key Responsibilities
⠂ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in banking products and services.
⠂ Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
⠂ Promote and facilitate the acquisition of various banking and financial products.
⠂ Generate qualified leads and convert eligible prospects into customers.
⠂ Achieve assigned sales, productivity, and customer acquisition targets.
⠂ Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to drive conversions.
⠂ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.
⠂ Ensure proper communication of product features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable terms to customers.
⠂ Build and maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
⠂ Adhere to organisational policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
