• Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day factory production operations.
• Plan and execute production as per scheduled orders and delivery timelines.
• Allocate daily work to fabricators, workers and helpers.
• Monitor production targets, quality standards and completion timelines.
• Check incoming materials including profiles, glass, hardware and accessories.
• Supervise cutting, fabrication, assembly, glazing, hardware fitting and finishing processes.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure that all products meet company standards.
• Verify measurements, quantities, colours, glass specifications and hardware before dispatch.
• Control wastage of profiles, glass, hardware and other production materials.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of factory machinery, tools and equipment.
• Maintain daily production reports, material consumption, wastage and pending-job reports.
• Identify production delays and quality issues and report them to management immediately.
• Manage worker attendance, discipline, productivity and safety.
• Maintain proper cleanliness, organization and safety standards within the factory.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for proper packing and timely dispatch of finished products.
• Coordinate with the sales, measurement and site teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Prioritize urgent orders and ensure their timely completion as instructed by management.

• Required SkillsPractical knowledge of uPVC and Aluminium doors & windows manufacturing.
• Experience in handling factory manpower and production teams.
• Good understanding of production planning and job scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of measurements, drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in uPVC/Aluminium doors and windows manufacturing is preferred.
