Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our legal advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, client-handling skills, and the ability to explain complex legal processes in a clear and persuasive manner. This role requires proactive lead generation, client conversion, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for share recovery, IEPF claims, and physical share transfer services
• Explain legal processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and fees to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, intermediaries, and referral partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions in CRM systems
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Handle client objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and sell legal and financial advisory services
• Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of capital markets, shares, and investor services (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in legal services, financial services, IEPF consultancy, or investment advisory
• Prior experience in handling high-value clients or legal advisory sales will be an advantage
