Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle cold calling and convert paid leads into premium memberships.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: Lead Generation, Follow-ups, Negotiation & Closure.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Track sales performance, CRM updates, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of sales experience in the service industry.
- Proven experience in cold calling and converting paid leads.
- Strong expertise in high-ticket sales, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
