Sales Support Cum Operations Executive

Data Entry & Management: Maintain, update, and track daily sales logs, vendor lists, and product inventories using MS Excel and internal systems

Sourcing & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and merchants to check product availability, request price quotes, and track delivery timelines.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing Samples Swatch, Product presentations, following up on orders, and scheduling vendor meetings.

Merchandising Operations: Assist in keeping track of product samples, stock levels, and ensuring product details are accurately logged.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, sales coordination, back-office operations, or retail/e-commerce merchandising.

Education: Graduate or Under-graduate with relevant work experience.

Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (vlookup, filtering, basic sorting), MS Word, and email communication.

Communication: Fluent in Hindi with manageable or basic conversational English (for handling calls with vendors and team members).
