Job Description
K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
› Drive B2C field sales by engaging directly with prospective buyers through site visits, client meetings, and
referral networks.
› Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and site visit
conversion metrics
› Understand client profiles, financial requirements, and lifestyle preferences to recommend the right
property solutions.
› Build and manage a robust pipeline of HNI and UHNI clients through proactive outreach, events, and
relationship-led selling.
› Represent InfraMantra at exclusive property showcases, exhibitions, and international buyer events.
› Ensure a world-class client experience from first engagement through site visits, home loan facilitation,
and post-sale support.
› Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, finance) to ensure seamless deal closures.
› Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress on CRM platforms.
