• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and broker networks.
• Handle leads from inquiry to site visit, negotiation, and closure.
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates and minimize lead leakage.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
• Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams for smooth lead conversion.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer requirements.
• ✅ Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial/team-handling role.
• Strong knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR real estate market preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• CRM knowledge and good reporting skills.
• Experience in under-construction residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
