Salary: ₹30,000 fixed per month + 30% commission on first payments from new customers

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to convert customer enquiries into paying clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.

You will manage the complete sales process: handling assigned leads, understanding customer needs, sending commercial proposals, closing sales, securing the first payment and arranging the service agreement.

After the payment is confirmed and the agreement is signed, you will hand the customer over to our Customer Success team. Your focus will be on new customer sales, not ongoing customer support or repeat-payment collection.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads and conduct consultations. Contact assigned prospects by phone and WhatsApp, understand their requirements and explain our services clearly. Explain the service scope, duration, pricing and payment schedule before the customer commits.

Send proposals and follow up. Prepare and send commercial proposals using approved company templates. Confirm receipt, answer questions, handle objections and follow up consistently to move each lead towards a decision.

Close sales and secure the first payment. Obtain the customer’s agreement to the approved terms, share company payment details or payment links and follow through until the first payment is received. Verify payment through the company’s systems or Finance team.

Arrange the service agreement. Prepare the agreement using the approved template, check customer details and coordinate signing by the customer and an authorised company representative. Share the signed copy with the customer and save it in the company’s system.

Complete the customer handover. Transfer the customer to Customer Success after payment confirmation and agreement signing. Provide the signed agreement, payment confirmation, agreed terms, payment schedule and any outstanding questions. Confirm that the handover has been accepted.

Maintain CRM records. Keep lead statuses, call notes, WhatsApp conversations, proposals, follow-up dates, payments and handover details accurate and up to date.

Candidate RequirementsYou should have 10 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, B2C sales or selling services, preferably with experience converting enquiries into confirmed payments.

Strong spoken Hindi and English, professional WhatsApp communication, good listening skills and confidence in handling objections are required.

You should be organised, consistent with follow-ups and comfortable working towards monthly sales targets. Basic CRM and computer skills are expected.

Education: Any Graduate. Candidates must be available to work full-time from the office. This is an individual sales role with no team management responsibilities.

Salary and CommissionThe fixed salary is ₹30,000 per month, plus 30% commission on the confirmed first payment from each new customer whose sale is credited to you.

Commission applies only to the first payment. Subsequent monthly payments are not commissionable under this role.

Earnings example: ₹100,000 in eligible first customer payments generates ₹30,000 in commission. Together with the ₹30,000 fixed salary, this gives ₹60,000 in total monthly earnings before applicable deductions. This is an example, not guaranteed total earnings.
