Job Title: Sales Executive – Outbound & Closures

Pay Structure: Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Associate to drive business expansion through targeted cold outreach and deal closing.

In this role, you will own the entire top-to-bottom sales funnel - from identifying prospects and warming up leads to final deal closure.

• Lead Generation & Cold Prospecting:
• Research, identify, and target potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and multi-channel prospecting to build a robust pipeline.

• Lead Nurturing & Value Pitching:
• Engage prospects, build initial interest, and warm up leads by effectively communicating our services and offers.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure:
• Lead commercial discussions, navigate pricing objections, and negotiate terms to drive immediate commitment.
• Maintain a strong urgency mindset to shorten sales cycles and successfully convert warmed leads into paid accounts.

• Pipeline & Target Management:
• Manage your outreach pipeline to ensure continuous prospect follow-ups.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and deal-closure expectations.

• Cold Outreach & Prospecting: Proven ability (or strong aptitude) to cold call, handle initial resistance, and turn cold contacts into engaged prospects.
• Negotiation & Closing: Strong pitch delivery, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English (Good to Advanced proficiency required for night shift / international interactions).
• Self-Drive & Resilience: High persistence and self-starter mindset to generate momentum without relying on pre-existing leads.
