Job Description
Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate / Sales / Brokerage preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and onboard new rental properties by building relationships with landlords and property owners
- Build and maintain a strong property supply/inventory in assigned locations
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with potential customers
- Convince customers, handle objections and negotiate rental terms
- Drive leads from enquiry to successful rental closure
- Coordinate between owners and tenants for documentation and possession
- Achieve monthly property acquisition and rental closure targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Good local market knowledge and networking ability
- Target-driven with a strong hunting and closing mindset
- Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings
- Real estate/rental brokerage experience preferred
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives on successful closures
