As a Sales Caller, you will play a key role in assisting prospective clients with their immigration journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Important Compensation Information

This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no fixed monthly salary for this role. Earnings will be based on successful sales/closures as per the company's applicable commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our immigration services.

- Understand clients' immigration requirements and provide accurate information about our services.

- Address client queries, resolve concerns, and recommend suitable immigration solutions.

- Guide prospective clients through the documentation and application process for Portugal immigration.

- Maintain accurate client records and communication history in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

- Stay updated on European immigration policies, regulations, and market trends.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

- Adhere to company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or telemarketing (immigration industry experience is preferred).

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.

- Knowledge of Portugal immigration processes is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Willingness to work from the office during designated business hours.
