Job Description

Company: Samsung Authorized Service Centre

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

  • Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair Samsung refrigerators at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot cooling, compressor, PCB, fan motor, defrost, and gas leakage issues.
  • Perform gas charging, leak testing, compressor replacement, and other refrigerator repairs.
  • Install and commission new refrigerators when required.
  • Update service reports and job status using the Samsung service application.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow Samsung service quality standards.

Handle tools, spare parts, and company assets responsibly.
