💼 Position: Collection Executive – Recovery
📍 Location: Gurugram
📌 JOB PROFILE
• Handle NPA accounts with 180+ Days Past Due (DPD)
• Manage loan recovery and collection activities
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments
• Conduct field visits for recovery and collections
• Negotiate repayment plans and secure customer commitments
• Track Promise to Pay (PTP) and follow up on broken commitments
• Maintain collection records, CRM updates and daily MIS reports
• Achieve assigned recovery targets
📋 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Experience in loan collections, recovery or NPA handling preferred
• Experience in banking, NBFC or fintech collections is an advantage
• Knowledge of DPD, PTP and NPA accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field collection activities
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally
🎯 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Loan recovery and overdue collections
• NPA accounts with 180+ DPD
• Banking / NBFC / Fintech collections
