Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement.
- Generate leads through various channels, including calling, digital marketing, referrals, and property portals.
- Monitor team performance, daily calling, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Train and guide team members on sales techniques, project details, and customer handling.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and sales conversion.
- Ensure the team has updated knowledge of property inventory, pricing, payment plans, and project specifications.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
