Your success in the first 60 days will be measured by qualifying high-intent buyer leads, booking site visits, and maintaining excellent CRM follow-ups.
What You'll Do
- Handle company-generated buyer & investor enquiries
- Generate own leads and prospects
- Qualify customers and explain premium residential projects
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up regularly and update CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Who Should Apply?
- 1+ year experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Excellent Hindi communication (English preferred)
- Confident, persuasive and target-driven
- Experience with TeleCRM, LeadSquared or Zoho CRM is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
