🚀 Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executive
Company: Sapient Realty Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 47, Gurugram (Sohna Road)

Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Monday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Job Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct property/site visits and provide detailed project information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, new projects, pricing, and competitor activities.
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/basic computer applications.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with real estate, BFSI, automobile, telecom, or direct sales experience will be preferred.
