Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets
  • Allocate machines, manpower, and jobs across shifts
  • Monitor OEE, cycle times, rejection rates; drive productivity improvements
  • Coordinate with QC on in-process rejections and rework
  • Coordinate with Maintenance on machine breakdowns/PM schedules
  • Coordinate with Stores/Procurement for material availability
  • Manage supervisors/shift in-charges and operator performance
  • Ensure adherence to safety and ISO/QMS procedures
  • Report production MIS to Plant Head/Director
