Job Description
The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and operational support for EV products, ensuring high customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, coordinating with service teams, and driving continuous product improvement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for EV products to customers, dealers, and service centers.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and service teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct product troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Develop and deliver technical training to service engineers and technicians.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to improve product reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation, service manuals, and support reports.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints while meeting service KPIs.
- Support new product launches and field implementation activities.
- EligibilityB.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in product support, technical support, or after-sales service in the EV or automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of EV systems, batteries, motors, controllers, and diagnostics.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with EV diagnostics tools.
- Knowledge of warranty management and field service operations.
- Customer-focused approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
