Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain treatment procedures, packages, hospital facilities, and available services.
• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, tests, surgeries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, insurance teams, and internal operations teams.
• Assist patients with documentation and insurance/cashless requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and regularly update lead and patient status.
• Follow up with patients before and after treatment.
• Resolve patient queries and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Convert qualified leads into consultations/treatments while maintaining a patient-first approach.
• Maintain daily reports, follow-ups, and performance updates.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and English communication skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Healthcare/hospital/insurance experience will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, insurance, telecalling, sales, or patient coordination preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
