Job Title: Patient Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Patients se phone/WhatsApp par communicate karke unki treatment requirements samajhna.
- Patients ko suitable doctors aur partner hospitals se connect karna.
- Consultation se surgery/treatment tak patient ko complete guidance dena.
- New leads par timely follow-up karna aur leads ko convert karna.
- Patient appointments, hospital visits aur treatment schedules coordinate karna.
- Insurance patients ke documents aur approval process mein coordination karna.
- Hospital teams ke saath regular communication maintain karna.
- Daily patient follow-up aur lead reports maintain karna.
- Patients ko treatment, estimated cost, available offers aur process ki correct information dena.
- Patient experience ko smooth aur professional banana.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English).
- Patient handling aur convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Follow-up aur sales/coordination experience preferred.
- Healthcare/eye-care industry experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, responsibility aur target-oriented approach.
