Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Gypsum Board Jointing & Painting Technicians with experience in gypsum board jointing, taping, and stucco paint application. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior finishing work at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform jointing and taping work on gypsum boards and drywall.
• Apply jointing compounds to cover gaps, joints, and screw marks.
• Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare them for painting.
• Apply stucco paint and textured finishes on walls and ceilings.
• Ensure quality finishing with a smooth and professional appearance.
• Follow site safety guidelines and complete assigned work within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and other team members.

Required Skills:

• Experience in gypsum board jointing and taping.
• Knowledge of drywall and interior finishing techniques.
• Experience in stucco paint and texture application.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve quality finishes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in gypsum finishing, painting, or interior construction are preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A skilled technician with hands-on experience in gypsum board jointing, taping, and stucco painting.
