Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing & Dispatch Executive to handle the packing and dispatch of our handcrafted products and e-commerce orders.
Key responsibilities:
• Pick and check products against customer orders.
• Carefully pack handicrafts, textiles and other products.
• Ensure products are properly protected and packed to our quality standards.
• Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.
• Coordinate with courier partners for dispatches.
• Maintain basic packing and dispatch records.
• Assist with inventory checking when required.
Requirements:
• 12th pass or graduate.
• Basic computer/smartphone skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle products carefully.
• Previous e-commerce, packing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Honest, punctual and willing to learn.
• Gurgaon/local candidates preferred.
