Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
  • Supervise and coordinate all staff members.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, POS and daily cash operations.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, wastage and stock levels.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage staff attendance, shifts and discipline.
  • Coordinate with delivery platforms such as Zomato & Swiggy.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales and operational targets.
