  1. Lead catering operations at client side. ( 2000 + Guest Daily). Break fast, lunch & snacks.
  2. Must be professional.
  3. Manage team, budgeting & manpower planning.
  4. Maintain compliance, food safety & hygiene standards.
  5. Build relationship with the client.
