Medical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

 Promote and sell the organization's medical products to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres,

and other healthcare institutions across Delhi NCR.

 Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospital

administrators, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.

 Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare

professionals as required.

 Participate in institutional and government tender processes, including identifying relevant

tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with

tender requirements.

 Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, outcomes, and follow-up activities.

 Proactively monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic

business planning.

 Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and customer interaction summaries in a

timely manner.

 Ensure timely collection of payments.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong existing network and connections with hospitals and healthcare professionals across

Delhi NCR.

 Hands-on experience and understanding of the tender process (government, semi-government,

or private institutional tenders).

 Proficiency in MS Office.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
