• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and networking.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful bookings.
• Negotiate with clients and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitors, and new projects.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and booking process.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, or other sales industries can also apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate will be an advantage.

CompensationCTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA + attractive incentives
