Job Description
Hiring: Junior Accountant | Gurgaon
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team.
Location: Sector 46, Gurgaon
Experience: 1–2 years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Vacancies: 1
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Record sales and purchase entries.
• Handle receipts and payment entries.
• Pass journal entries accurately.
• Prepare and maintain debit and credit notes.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Prepare MIS reports and outstanding statements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.
Required Skills
Tally / Tally Prime
MS Excel
Basic accounting knowledge
Good attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate records
Candidates with experience in sales/purchase accounting, BRS, MIS and outstanding reports are preferred.
