Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to oversee stock accuracy, distribution flow, and fulfillment execution across multiple warehouses, dark stores, and retail locations. You will optimize supply chain visibility, reduce stock discrepancies, and scale logistics operations to support our rapid retail and e-commerce expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and replenishment strategies across multiple warehouses and retail storefronts.
• Establish rigorous cycle-count protocols and physical audits to maintain high stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Analyze sales velocity and seasonal trends to forecast product requirements and prevent stockouts or excess holding costs.
• Partner with procurement, logistics, and retail store heads to streamline order fulfillment and vendor delivery timelines.
• Maintain and upgrade inventory management software to track real-time stock movements across all sales channels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in inventory, logistics, or supply chain management with hands-on multi-warehouse responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Advanced data analysis and Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP and modern inventory management software systems.
• Strong leadership talent and multi-site coordination skills.
