Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/data.
  • Understand customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective telephonic communication.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until closure.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
