Job description of HVAC Site Engineer

Oversee HVAC system installations and maintenance on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installations and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure system performance and safety.
• Conduct the measurements with clients and PMC.
• Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with HVAC systems.

Skills Required:

• Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning technologies.
• Engineering Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of HVAC system installation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI or diploma in mechanical engineering.
