About the Role

We are hiring a Head Chef for Stockroom, a premium bar in Gurugram. The food concept is globally inspired sharing plates designed for a bar environment — approachable, social and well-executed. You will run the kitchen and own its output.

What You'll Do

• Lead kitchen operations end-to-end including prep, service and closing
• Execute a sharing plates menu with consistency and attention to plating
• Manage kitchen team (CDP, Commi, KST) and their day-to-day tasks
• Handle ordering, receiving, storage and wastage control
• Maintain FSSAI hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Work with the Bar Manager on new menu development and seasonal updates

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of kitchen experience with at least 2 years in a senior CDP or equivalent role
• Experience with bar food, small plates or sharing menus strongly preferred
• Strong in multi-cuisine cooking — global influences with clean execution
• Capable of running a kitchen independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of food costing and portion control
