Job Description

FIELD EXECUTIVE – FMCG DISTRIBUTION


💰 Fixed Salary: ₹16,000-18,000/month

⛽ Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000/month


Monthly Sales Incentive:

• ₹1 Lakh sales → ₹1,500 incentive

• ₹2 Lakh sales → ₹4,000 incentive

• ₹3 Lakh+ sales → ₹7,000 incentive


📌 Total earning potential: ₹19,000 to ₹26,000+ per month


Key Responsibilities:

• Retailer visits & order booking

• New retailer development

• Stock/godown handling

• To do delivery of orders

• Payment follow-ups

• Daily sales & market reporting


Requirement: FMCG sales/distribution experience preferred | Bike + valid DL mandatory
