Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish the company’s retail market in the assigned areas
• Identify new retail outlets and onboard them for regular business.
• Conduct daily market visits and approach new retailers to generate orders.
• Build a strong and continuously growing retail network in the assigned territory.
• Maintain regular business with existing retailers and increase repeat orders.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Cover maximum outlets on a daily basis and identify new potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with retailers.
• Increase product availability and visibility across the retail market.
• Collect payments from retailers as per company policy.
• Monitor competitor brands, pricing, schemes, sales activities and market trends.
• Collect market feedback from retailers and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily reports for outlet visits, orders, sales and collections.
• Prepare and follow a proper route plan for effective market coverage.
• Continuously expand the company’s retail presence and sales in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage, Packaged Drinking Water or Retail Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in field sales and target-based working.
• Ability to develop new retail markets and onboard new retailers. • Good understanding of the local retail market. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
