Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer and distributor network, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will travel extensively within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and promote the company's product range.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and industrial customers daily.
• Generate new business leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at dealer outlets.
• Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates.
• Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
