💼 Field Executive Role | Immediate Joining Preferred

💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹28,000/month + Travel Allowance

Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven individual to join as Fellow under the project. If you are passionate about field operations, community mobilization, and managing on ground service delivery, this role is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1) Lead community engagement and outreach to drive awareness and access to government welfare schemes.

2) Drive citizen outreach, scheme applications, Haqdarshak onboarding, and district-level targets.

3) Manage field engagement and community mobilization across Gurugram.

4) Coordinate with communities and government stakeholders across social security, livelihood, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurship initiatives.

5) Train and support Haqdarshaks for effective last-mile service delivery.

🔹 Requirements

1) Candidate must be based in Gurugram + 6 days working

2) 0–3 years of experience in field operations / social sector / community engagement

3) Must have a two-wheeler and laptop preferred

4) Strong communication skills with ability to conduct field visits, coordinate with stakeholders, and interact with clients
