Digital Marketing Executive – EarthStona Company: Earth Stone India
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1–4 Years

- Job Responsibilities - Plan and execute Digital Marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation and sales.
- Manage SEO: keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, backlinks and Google rankings.
- Manage SMO/Social Media for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Create and manage Google Business Profile (GMB), local SEO and review-building activities.
- Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns and optimize them for quality leads and conversions.
- Create SEO-friendly website content, blogs, product pages, meta titles, descriptions, image ALT tags and landing pages.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and website performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Improve website traffic, keyword rankings, organic leads and overall online visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Required Skills Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile and keyword research tools.
- Good understanding of WordPress/PHP websites, basic technical SEO and content marketing.
- Normal English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage digital marketing activities and deliver measurable results.
