Industry: Logistics & Courier Services
Job Location: U Block, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status to customers.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, delivery and POD-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain shipment records in MS Excel.
- Manage email communication and respond to customer requests professionally.
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts and Sales teams.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Required SkillsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and computer operations.
- Good follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with Logistics / Courier Industry experience will be preferred.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Salary growth based on performance.
- Full-time, work-from-office position.
