Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through inbound calls and chat.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company processes and service standards.
• RequirementsFluent English communication is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound calls and chat support.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Prior customer support/BPO experience will be preferred.
