Job Title: Customer Support / Collection Voice Associate (US Voice Process)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)

Salary: Up to ₹34,000 / CTC per month

Job Overview

We are hiring for an international US voice campaign based in Gurugram. We welcome candidates with at least 6 months of experience in an international BPO (US Collections or US Customer Service) who possess fluent English communication skills and are comfortable working in a voice-based collections role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Educate customers on outstanding balances, billing inquiries, and service renewals.
• Negotiate workable payment arrangements and resolve payment-related account issues.
• Document accurate call notes and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
• Adhere strictly to compliance standards, quality guidelines, and company policies.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 6+ months of experience in an International BPO (Voice process or Chat or blended process).

• Direct US Collections background preferred.
• Candidates from US Customer Service backgrounds with a willingness to work in collections are eligible.
• Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (fluent, clear, and neutral accent).
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
